You have decided to have your dream wedding in Porto – first of all congratulations on your fantastic decision, but now comes the difficult bit. Here at Porto Weddings, we work with a surprisingly small number of vendors, which we feel gives our clients just enough choice, but not too much. We immediately start to feel anxious when our clients bring along their own suppliers, particularly if it is someone that they have found online and have no personal experience with. The point is that there are a lot of wedding vendors here in Portugal who are perhaps not used to the high standards that may be common in richer countries whether it be in terms of timeliness, quality or just general professionalism. If things start to go wrong with a vendor, typically the only person you will have to help you to make things right will be your wedding planner!
Of course it will always be up to our clients who they want to use for their flower arrangements or live music and we will do everything we can to facilitate their choice. You can imagine that we feel so much more comfortable when we are dealing with the same suppliers we have been using for years, who understand the way we work and the standards we expect.
